The 5 Week MindFit Challenge is a practical five-week program full of bite-size actionable content created to enhance mental wellbeing and productivity.
We've intentionally designed it not to take energy but to add energy to one's personal and professional world.
We've also created a collaboration space where you can share the five week journey with your peers - called the MindFit Arena.
HOLISTIC WELLBEING APP
The Open Mind Institute, in collaboration with a leading Brisbane software development company, are in the process of designing a holistic wellbeing App for young people to help manage stress, relationships and concerns around identity and self-sabotaging behaviours.
Using the most credible evidence based tools and methodologies, users will be encouraged to complete a number of challenges, exercises and to take the tools that most resonate with them and make them a part of their morning or daily routine.
