Founder, Managing Director and Lead Executive Coach
Paul Pitsaras LL.B B.Int.Bus. is an executive coach to CEO's and executives around the world and is the lead coach for our workplace coaching program.
Before founding The Open Mind Institute, Paul was a litigation lawyer for 10 years working in various leading law firms & departmental organisations in London, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Paul has a double bachelor degree in Law & International Business, certificates in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Training & Assessment and studied Behavioural Science prior to going into the law. His articles on mindset & performance have been published in Proctor & Wellness Daily and he frequently appears on panels and in the media on how to create a growth mindset and achieve optimum performance.
Research & Development Lead
Claudia Homan is our Research & Development Lead, directly responsible for overseeing and curating TOMI's projects and initiatives. Her role ensures that TOMI's products and services meet cutting edge industry standards, by driving innovation and designing content that is backed by evidence-based research.
Claudia is an experienced Research Support Officer with a background in the Market Research Industry. Her experience has involved synthesising data to create impactful communication and branding strategies, successfully working with a diverse range of clients. Claudia's skills involve Research Design, Focus Groups, Report Writing and Editing, and Social Research.
Currently in her final semester of a dual degree of Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) / Bachelor of Business (Marketing) at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. Claudia has a keen interest in combining her passion and experience within communications, marketing and research with psychological principles, particularly within the fields of Business Management and Health.
Mindset & Performance Coach
Mark Varitimos has a holistic approach in helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. His integrative approach addresses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects in order to obtain the best long term results. He teaches people principles of nutrition, movement and other lifestyle factors in order for people to establish successful long term habits.
Prior to entering the health and wellness over six years ago, Mark worked in the Banking and Finance industry for ten years namely in treasury and investment teams for large corporations. As a result, Mark understands the challenges in performing well in business while maintaining a high quality of health. He has worked with an array of clients across all walks of life having remarkable improvement in energy, mental health, hormonal health and disease.
Mindset & Performance Coach
Lynn Priestly is a certified Executive Master Coach having received her accreditation with the International Coaching Federation, specialising in neuro-linguistic programming within a coaching context.
Lynn has experience working across a wide range of high pressure, time critical environments including project management, ambulatory care, emergency nurse, projects officer, paediatric emergency care and end of life care.
This extensive experience enables Lynn to provide coaching to a wide range of demographics and industries. Her experience in advanced physical and clinical assessment & managerial skills ensures that she can deliver the highest level of program delivery and client care.
