Thank you to everyone who attended this mornings 'Mindfit Founders' breakfast event at the Capital! It was a privilege to sit on the panel alongside organisational psychologist Jordan Reutas, 3AM CEO Peta Ellis & Co-founders of TradeMutt Edward Ross & Daniel Allen.
The key take-away message was that we need to have consistent 'courageous conversations' around mental wellbeing within our networks & support groups and from an individual perspective, ensure that our 'daily-grind' is being balanced with 5 key areas:-
1. Exercise (where possible coupled with nature) 2. Nutrition 3. Getting enough sleep 4. Debriefing with support network/ loved ones 5. Exercise for the mind (mindfulness & meditation).
By doing so, you enhance your productivity, relationships & mental wellbeing!
