The Open Mind Institute's Team Coaching Program is a powerful results-driven resource empowering teams around the world to overcome these challenges and  achieve desired outcomes.

Our personalised coaching delivery utilises a strategic blend of behavioural science, CBT principles, logotherapy, and positive psychology to enhance  cognitive performance, self-awareness, and effective communication. 

Our Unique 1:3 Coaching System –

Our trial and tested coaching model sees broader teams allocated into smaller groups of 3 (strategically based on their Big 5 assessment*) and trained in one hour small group sessions every week (or fortnight dependent on requirements). This processes ensures the carefully curated content is facilitated in a psychological safe space, while simultaneously strengthening team dynamics and performance.

* Now considered the gold standard in personality assessments, the Big 5 assessment measurs openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, assertiveness and neuroticism (ability to manage stress). We use this in conjunction with our metric tools, to measure progress and provide this feedback to our clients in the final report.
